Great managers focus on getting things done – they have a system in place for everything. In this module you will learn a few solutions to getting things done in the workplace – differently and with less hassle! Getting things done is so much more productive than just letting things happen, which often turns out not to be very cool at all.

Managers shape the culture of their teams and workplaces in countless ways. They have to play both an administrative and leadership role and they require a diverse set of skills to be successful. This course will discuss the key responsibilities of a managerial position.
